Definitions
The privacy policy should be simple and understandable for everyone. In this data protection declaration, the official terms of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) are generally used. The official definitions are explained in Art. 4 DSGVO.

Thanks to the new data protection law (from DSGVO and BDSG-neu) you are entitled to comprehensive rights. There are only a few relevant for you, because I only ask for your name and e-mail address in the contact form to be able to answer your request. What is Personal Data?
First and foremost, it is any information or data, whether in digital or physical form, that can be used to identify you.
A legal definition can be found in § 46 No. 1 BDSG-neu, according to which personal data may be any information "which relates to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that person".
General Data
Technically necessary for the provision of the website is the processing of certain connection data, often referred to as log or protocol data. As a rule, this data is as follows:
- IP address
- Timestamp with date and time
- Browser and operating system
- Amount of data transmitted, if necessary further technical data
The purpose of this data is to establish a connection with the website and to ensure that it is displayed correctly on your terminal device. The data is used to connect your browser to the web server on which the website is stored.
The legal basis is therefore the legitimate interest on your part and mine in visiting and displaying the website, as this data is technically necessary.
In order to protect your privacy, the above-mentioned data is only stored temporarily and is automatically deleted after the end of use. Furthermore, the website is encrypted via https to protect the connection established to me from third parties (e.g. hackers).
Contact Form
The information you provide will be stored on the server of Ionos by 1&1. The computer centre or all data stored by the provider is located in Germany.
The sole purpose of the contact form is to establish contact and the subsequent contact between you and me. I will use your contact data also only for this purpose to answer your inquiry.
Legal basis is at this point your voluntary decision to contact me by entering your data in the contact form. It is therefore the mutual legitimate interest of both parties that the desired contact is established.
In order to protect your privacy, as already mentioned, the data entered will only be used for contacting you and for subsequent contact with you. As soon as the data is no longer needed, I will remove it, e.g. if no further communication is desired. My website is https encrypted and therefore offers a secure e-mail communication.

I do not use cookies or tracking tools on my website.
